El mejor lugar para hospedarse en Puebla. Buena atención, habitaciones hermosas, los dueños son encantadores. Hay hoteles del mismo precio o más caros que no ofrecen la calidez y bien gusto de este.

Edificio con más que 300 años. Las habitaciones son confortables y bien decoradas. Es preferible ir en primavera y verano porque no cuenta con calefacción. La hospitalidad excelente.
Mesón Sacristía de la Soledad stands out as one of the most comfortable, welcoming, and beautiful places among the many we have booked on Airbnb. Leobardo and Lourdes were so helpful and welcoming in our initial online conversations. They have not been on Airbnb very long, so they have few reviews. Using Airbnb and Trip Advisor extensively, reviews are generally a main factor in the places I select. Still, there was something about Leobardo's posting that intrigued, making me think we would enjoy staying there. Our next impression: So many times a place is beautiful inside but the exterior can be shabby and unkempt. Not so with Mesón Sacristía de la Soledad! From more than a block away we spotted a luminous, blue-painted building with a beautiful door and very well-maintained exterior. Ringing the bell, we were greeted delightfully by one of their staff making us welcome from the very beginning. The hotel's common areas are special and inviting. Our room, with the private terrace, was beyond lovely. Beautiful art, antiques, comfy queen bed... well, I could just go on and on. And for those traveling around Mexico, a large beautiful shower with AMAZING water pressure! Very nice amenities... shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shower cap and sewing kit... obviously well-thought-out "extras." Being in a city can oftentimes mean noise - from barking dogs to autos with no mufflers to vendor's calls - and many places recommend ear plugs. No problem here. Quite the contrary. Our room was tranquil, so much so that we left the window and door to the terrace open while we slept. I'd like to add that we were out late walking to and from the Centro and felt the area and our street was very safe. Our many experiences in Mexico - and we have driven thousands of miles inside the country - and with the warm, friendly Mexican people have been totally contrary to what the media portrays. Leobardo moved our car to a secure lot (parking included in the cost of the room) when we came in from a late dinner and Lourdes got a bottle of wine for us (they live on-site). We were horrified to think we had woken them, but they brushed that off and assured us that everything was fine... wonderful hosts. The next morning, breakfast was served on our terrace... coffee, fresh fruit, juice, pastries and eggs cooked to order... delicious! We were treated like royalty. So lovely. We had always thought of Puebla as just a convenient place to spend the night between Morelia and Oaxaca (we'd always stayed at the Holiday Inn), but after one night at Leobardo and Lourdes' special place, we plan on visiting for several nights on our return trip. The main plaza is a very short walk and it is incredibly gorgeous. We will certainly return to stay with Leobardo and Lourdes at Mesón Sacristía de la Soledad!
Excelente en todos los sentidos: la casa es hermosa, con un jardín bien cuidado; todo con un aire muy hogareño e íntimo. La suite es espaciosa, cómoda y con gran estilo. El personal, muy amable y pendiente de todo lo que uno necesite. El desayuno se sirve en un ambiente muy familiar. Incluye estacionamiento.
Such a welcoming and lovely place to stay! The family who run it couldn't been more helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and breakfast delicious. Couldn't recommend it more for a weekend trip away in a beautiful city like Puebla.
